wk8ph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Defined terms appear in these Terms whether or not they are capitalised in every instance.

By accessing the wk8ph Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as by the wk8ph Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the wk8ph Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or engage in real-money gaming on the wk8ph Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. wk8ph reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time and to suspend any Account where the User cannot confirm they are of legal age.

The wk8ph Platform is intended for use by persons physically located in the Philippines or in jurisdictions where access to online gaming platforms of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. wk8ph does not accept registrations from persons in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the wk8ph Platform. Creation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Wallet Balance held therein.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must use your own legal name, a valid Philippine mobile number registered in your own name, and a valid email address. wk8ph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the provision of incorrect or fraudulent registration information.

Full withdrawal functionality is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification. You must submit a clear image of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. wk8ph may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the time specified in any KYC notification may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal access.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your wk8ph login credentials, including your mobile number, username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.
• You must not access the Account of another User.
• You must notify wk8ph customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• wk8ph will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full KYC document number via chat, email, or telephone. Requests of this nature should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

wk8ph accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices, including reuse of passwords across multiple platforms or failure to enable two-factor authentication.

wk8ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment method availability is subject to change without notice based on operational or regulatory factors.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Wallet Balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. wk8ph does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals of Real-Money Funds are available to Users who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours for GCash and PayMaya. Bank withdrawals may take up to one business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of bonus offer. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to it.

wk8ph complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. wk8ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering or other financial crimes. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

wk8ph offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to Users who have a fully registered and verified wk8ph Account in good standing.
• A wagering requirement must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may have different contribution rates. Consult the specific promotion terms for contribution rate details.
• Bonuses expire within the time stated on the applicable promotion page. Expired, unmet bonus balances are automatically removed from your Wallet Balance.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per User. A User who has created multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus on each is in violation of these Terms and subject to Account suspension.
• wk8ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Modification or cancellation of a bonus after it has been claimed and wagering has commenced will be handled on a case-by-case basis at wk8ph's reasonable discretion.
• Systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched-betting across multiple accounts, exploitation of errors in bonus terms, or coordinated wagering intended to neutralize wagering requirements — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All games offered on the wk8ph Platform — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sicbo, online slots, bingo, arcade games, and sports betting — are governed by their respective game rules, which are made available within each game interface or on the relevant game information page on the Platform.

The following general rules apply across all games on wk8ph:

• All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (for RNG games) or by live physical action (for live dealer games) and are not subject to reversal except where a verifiable technical malfunction has affected the outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that demonstrably affects a game outcome, wk8ph will void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's Wallet Balance. wk8ph does not guarantee any specific payout in the event of a technical malfunction.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per table or game title are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• wk8ph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a system error, software bug, data feed error, or unauthorized manipulation has affected the integrity of the game.
• Sports betting selections, odds, and market availability are subject to change up until the start of the relevant event. In-play markets close and settle in accordance with the published rules for each sport.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wk8ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Wallet Balances, including Real-Money Funds, depending on the nature and severity of the violation:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or accessing more than one Account on the Platform.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, or misrepresenting your identity or age.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to access the Platform, place bets, or affect game outcomes.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, bonus terms, or the integrity of any wk8ph service.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your payment provider after a deposit has been credited to your wk8ph Wallet Balance. wk8ph will treat chargebacks as a serious breach of these Terms.
• Money laundering: Using the wk8ph Platform as a mechanism for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access the wk8ph system, its databases, or any other User's Account without authorization.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional terms in bad faith, including systematic matched-betting across real and bonus funds, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract bonus funds without genuine gameplay risk.

wk8ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and mitigating the potential harms associated with gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set or reduced at any time with immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure on-screen notifications that display after a pre-set period of continuous active play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account deactivation periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks. Once a cooling-off period is initiated, it cannot be shortened or reversed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent Account deactivation. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed and the User is permanently banned from re-registering on the Platform.

wk8ph strongly encourages any User who believes that gambling is adversely affecting their financial, mental, or personal wellbeing to make use of these tools immediately. Responsible gaming is a shared obligation — wk8ph will enforce limits that you set on your own Account without exception.

All intellectual property on the wk8ph Platform — including but not limited to the wk8ph brand name, logo, domain names, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to wk8ph and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wk8ph Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include:

• The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any wk8ph content without prior written permission.
• The right to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.
• The right to use the wk8ph brand, logo, or any associated marks for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of wk8ph intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, contact wk8ph at the contact details provided in Section 16.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wk8ph and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the wk8ph Platform;
• Loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or any other cause;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account;
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party game content, odds data, or external information accessible through or linked from the Platform;
• Any loss caused by events beyond wk8ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or regulatory action.

The wk8ph Platform and all content thereon are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. wk8ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

wk8ph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices relevant to these Terms include:

• Your registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, game history, and device and session data are collected and stored to operate the Platform, comply with regulatory requirements, and provide customer support.
• wk8ph will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game content providers, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with Philippine law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Submit data requests through wk8ph customer support.

You may close your wk8ph Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to Account closure, you must withdraw all Real-Money Funds from your Wallet Balance. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure at your request. wk8ph will process Account closure requests within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending withdrawals or compliance reviews.

wk8ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period;
• Regulatory instruction or legal requirement;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• Any conduct that wk8ph determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Users, or the integrity of any game.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated by wk8ph due to a breach of these Terms, wk8ph reserves the right to withhold Wallet Balance pending investigation. Real-Money Funds that are not found to be connected to the breach will be returned to the User following completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

An Account that has had no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months is considered inactive. wk8ph will notify the User by SMS or email prior to applying an inactivity fee or closing the Account. The applicable inactivity fee will be disclosed in the notification. Real-Money Funds remaining in an inactive Account at the time of closure will be held for a period of 12 months and returned upon verified request.

wk8ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform at wk8ph.co/terms-conditions with the updated effective date noted at the top of the document. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — wk8ph will provide notice via SMS or email to registered Users at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of the wk8ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.1.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the wk8ph Platform shall first be referred to wk8ph customer support for informal resolution. wk8ph will acknowledge dispute submissions within two (2) business days and will work in good faith toward a resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
