For complex requests or situations involving the deletion of data subject to legal retention periods, we will explain the legal basis for retention and provide as much relief as the law permits — for example, restricting active use of the data while it is retained for legal compliance purposes.
The wk8ph Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. wk8ph does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Account registration requires acknowledgment of the age requirement and is followed by mandatory KYC age verification.
If wk8ph discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, all personal data belonging to the minor will be securely deleted (subject to any legal reporting obligations), and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method following appropriate verification. No winnings or bonuses will be paid out in connection with an account belonging to an underage person.
